2012 Rental Rates

Our rental rates are based on 2 (two) person occupancy and are all inclusive. The apartment can, however, accommodate up to 4 (four) guests for brief periods of time. For each additional guest, there will be a supplemental charge of 10 (ten) euros per night.

While the apartment rents on a weekly basis (7 nights), we understand that there may be times when a client desires a shorter rental period. Therefore, we offer a nightly rate based on a minimum stay (3 nights). Should you be interested in an extended stay (4 weeks or more) please ask for special pricing.

* Note: this rate is "all inclusive" - linen, towels, cleaning, basic kitchen supplies, local and select long distance telephone, Internet, other utilities. We do not charge any additional fees for use of PayPal, credit cards or bank fees associated with wire transfers.

Rental Period

Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period starts at 2PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11AM on the day of departure. Please ask if you require special check-in or check-out times. We will try to accommodate you if at all possible.
